We had a new deck and pergola installed at the back of our property. There is no access either side and the whole thing had to be craned in. Phenomenal service from everyone, from our initial showroom visit to the final product. The workmanship, attention to detail, and pride in the outcome was evident the whole way through. We wanted a pergola built on our property that did not look like an add on. We visited the showroom in Thornleigh and spoke to Mike who organised a site visit and afterwards sent through a timely quote which we agreed to proceed with. Josh came out to site and did a final check and gave us a few suggestions for the final design which worked out well. Reece was the site manager on the build with his apprentice. I cannot speak more highly of Reece's professionalism, he was so particular and accurate with his workmanship and you could tell he had pride in his work. So hard to find this in tradesman these days! The pergola has given us another room which has been built to make it look like it was always part of the original house. All visitors have complimented the quality of the design and just say wow what a difference it has made. We would recommend Pergola Land to anyone that is looking for a quality finish, good communication and a timely completion of their project.

Our recently completed pergola is a 12-year dream come true and is getting a lot of use this Spring time. It's now fully furnished. The Pergola Land team were very professional and dedicated to their work right from our initial viewing at their Display Centre in Thornleigh to completion of the job. Our appreciation and thanks to Mick, Peter, Josh, Tara and the on-site construction team Adam, Shawn and Steve who worked tirelessly to complete the work. The on-site team were very friendly and always on time in the morning (at 7 am)! The pergola was wiped cleaned and the timber flooring washed before handover. We are very satisfied with the final design (as planned) which also included some minor improvements during the Check & Measure stage. Pergola Land comes with our High Recommendation. Our neighbour commented to us that the pergola gets a 5-Star ***** rating. We miss the sound from Adam's music box and the early mornings (ha ha)!
