One of our pergola and deck jobs we’re just about to finish off in Wahroonga, NSW.
The verandah is covered by Versiclad Spacemaker insulated roofing with our skylight panels and soon to be installed LED downlights. Insulated roofing is just as useful outdoors as it is used for indoors. Insulated roofing blocks all heat, very minimal noise when rained on and no underside condensation droplets.
The skylights employ solar power to provide exactly the same light and no heat which is a great benefit in summer.
The balustrade features marine grade stainless steel wire with a powder-coat aluminium top rail.
The hardwood decking features ‘box in’ to hide and provides access via a small side hatch.
On the side, an open pergola style covers the patio, the entire framework is made out of powder-coated aluminium, which provides a modern, stylish finish.
