The result is a sophisticated and functional outdoor space featuring a large hardwood deck installation designed to complement the surrounding environment while providing residents with a welcoming area to relax, entertain and enjoy the outdoors.
Spanning more than 300 square metres, the custom-built hardwood deck was engineered for durability, longevity and high-volume community use.
The deck was constructed on a robust metal subframe, providing a strong and stable foundation suited to a large-scale outdoor area. To achieve a premium architectural finish, Pergola Land utilised our innovative concealed fix decking system, eliminating visible screws and creating a clean, uninterrupted surface.
The sleek finish of the hardwood decking works beautifully alongside the surrounding sandstone paving, enhancing the contemporary design of the pool house and barbecue area.
