Our clients in Cabarita had an ageing timber pergola and paved patio that no longer suited their lifestyle. They wanted a modern outdoor retreat that felt like a true extension of their home – functional, stylish, and comfortable all year round.
Pergola Land removed the old structure and transformed the space with a durable metal-framed deck, finished with concealed-fix hardwood decking for a seamless look. Our team constructed an aluminium-framed pergola, powder-coated in Colorbond® Dune to bring a calm, relaxed feel to the outdoor area.
To maximise natural light while offering weather protection, we added a multiwall polycarbonate roof. The entertaining area was completed with LED lighting, a central ceiling fan, fixed slat screening, and outdoor e-blinds – providing both airflow and privacy.
Now, the family enjoys a versatile outdoor living area that blends effortlessly with their home. This private retreat has become their go-to space for entertaining, relaxing, and making everyday life more enjoyable.
